Effective date: 13 June 2026 App: Set & Done (nz.jasonkdev.homestrength)

Set & Done is a strength-training app built to keep your data on your own device. This policy explains exactly what the app does and does not collect. It is written in plain language on purpose — there is very little to it.

The short version

What data the app stores, and where

All of your workout data — your equipment setup, programmed exercises, logged sets, weights, reps, and session history — is stored locally on your device in the app’s on-device database. It is not transmitted to us and we cannot see it.

Optional device backup

If you enable your device’s standard backup, a copy of the app’s data may be included in that backup:

These backups are controlled by you and stored under your own Apple or Google account. We have no access to them. Disabling backup in your device settings stops this.

Analytics (optional, opt-in, anonymous)

The app can send anonymous product analytics to help us understand how features are used and improve the app. This is off by default. It only happens if you turn it on (you are asked once after your first session, and the toggle lives in Settings → Data).

If — and only if — you opt in, the app uses PostHog (servers in the United States) to record:

What is never sent, even when analytics is on:

You can turn analytics off again at any time in Settings → Data, and events stop immediately. We do not use session replay, surveys, or feature-flag tracking.

What we do not do

Permissions the app uses

These are used only for the features above.

Your control over your data

Children

Set & Done is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy
